Drones (UAVs) in the area of emergency services (Integrated Rescue System)
Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled dronů využívaných v oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému a popsat technologie související s těmito drony.
Resuscitation and AED
Mrázek, Petr ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the techniques of resuscitation as well as its history and advanced options. First aid is mentioned only marginally because it isn’t the main purpose of this study. Recommendations for resuscitation are changed every 5 years. Therefore the texts are primarily based on the recommendations of the Guidelines 2010. Other chapters and subchapters focus on the effects of electrical currents on human tissues and on the closely related topic of defibrillators. The automated external defibrillator (AED) is described in more detail due to the assignment of this thesis. It also includes a description of the defibrillation pulse generator and the teaching presentation which describes the AED resuscitation procedure.
Design of Automated External Defibrillator
Pernicová, Helena ; Rubínová, Dana (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is Design of Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The goal is to design modern looking product, that meets needs of market and usability. On the grounds of research a goal was developed. It says to meet the context of placement in residences and car transportation. Crutial is also to focus on intuitive interaction and understandability. For easy interaction new special pads were designed.
Automated external defibrillators in theory and practice
Burianová, Lucie ; Sojková, Monika (advisor) ; Heczková, Jana (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the treatment and importance of location Automated external defibrillators in the particular units of Integrated Rescue System. In the theoretical part I describe basic anatomy and physiology of heart, patophysiology of selected cardiac arrhythmias. The largest part is devoted to Automated external defibrillators. In the several parts I explain philosophy of defibrillators, description of instruments, indication and contraindication of use, correctly use of defibrillators, the pros and cons their use in basic life support. In this bachelor thesis I write history of defibrillation and Automated external defibrillators. I mention studies, which were performed on this topic. In the practical part the quantitative method was used in the form of anonymous questionnaires. The survey was conducted at the particular units of Integrated Rescue System.
Sudden death in sport
Sudová, Tereza ; Kulhavá, Miluše (advisor) ; Eislerová, Iva (referee)
Sudden death in sport is a tragic event mediated primarily through the media. This thesis deals with sudden cardiac death from non-traumatic causes. The first section provides the overview of the issue, I mentioned specific cases of sudden death and the most common cause of sudden cardiac death among young and old athletes. The thesis focuses on the possibilities of preventive measures. In the second part, as part of my research, preparedness of Czech stadiums is evaluated situations of sudden cardiac death. In the conclusion section, I present the results of a questionnaire survey among representatives of clubs and stadiums and change proposals. The aim of the research is to find out how hockey and football stadiums are prepared for unpredictable situations of sudden cardiac death of athletes. Keywords: Sudden death, sport, sports stadiums, circulation disorder, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, AED, resuscitation, EKG, prevention

Public awareness regarding the use of automated external defibrillator in general first aid
Šilhavá, Lenka ; Eislerová, Iva (advisor) ; Novotná, Jindra (referee)
The thesis deals with the awareness of the public about how to use Automatic External Defibrillator in General first aid. In the theoretical part, I present the basic anatomical, physiological and pathophysiological information. I spent the greater part of the automatic external defibrillator, its importance, description, and recommended steps to use. The empirical part evaluates me carried out quantitative research that I carried out in the form of an anonymous questionnaire, which is located on the Internet. The questionnaire was designed for adults, which do not work in the health sector. The main objective of the research was to identify the level of awareness among the general public about the AED, intermediate objectives was to determine willingness to train laypeople about the AED and also to map sources of information that the public most searches. The results of the research I placed in the overview tables and charts. The tables contain the absolute frequency, relative frequency and the total frequency. The result is a finding that the level of awareness compared to the studies carried out in the past years increased slightly, but it cannot be regarded as satisfactory. I have noted the public interest for more information and a considerable willingness to train in spare time. Keywords:...
